Nat Kim (M. Arch) is a Vancouver-based furniture, object, and interior designer. Her work negotiates two histories — one inherited through the Korean diaspora and one learned through study in art and architecture. She translates the symbols and materials of East and West, past and present into contemporary artifacts that bring presence and pleasure to everyday life. She is currently working with woods, metals, natural resin, and post-production material streams.
